The School of Business Finance Lab, made possible through capital funding from the University budget and the generosity of multiple donors, is now in full use, featuring classes in finance, supply chain management, international business and applied analytics. SAS statistical software is being installed in anticipation of the launch of the master’s program in data analytics in Fall 2019.
BizHounds, the student recruitment team, presented at two conferences this year.
The School absorbed the existing adult programs in business from the former School for Adult Learning and launched a new adult business administration degree for Fall 2019. With the addition of those programs, total enrollment stands at 1,045. The School of Business also completed its annual update to accrediting body ACBSP and received approval.
School of Business faculty Dr. Terry Schindler and Dr. Matthew Chodkowski, co-founders of the Institute for Postindustrial Leadership, continued their series of columns for Inside Indiana Business with four new columns published during the first half of 2019.
Craig Seidelson, assistant professor of operations and supply chain management, was featured in a Course Hero article about his efforts to create a manufacturing internship and Six Sigma certification program.
