Kenneth Barker ’40 died August 24. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was a project superintendent for Geupel-DeMars, then a general superintendent for Ellis Construction, and retired as owner of Kenny Barker Con-struction. He is survived by his wife, Gayle; sons, Andy and Monty; brother, Dwight; three grand-children; and one great granddaughter. He lived in Plainfield, Ind.

Max Moore ’52 died May 21. He was a retired assistant principal from Columbus East High School in Columbus, Indiana. Sam Young ’64 is an ordained minister of the Christian Church, Disciples of Christ. He served as senior minister for four congregations in Indiana and completed an interim ministry at North Christian Church in Fort Wayne. He lives in Huntington, Ind.

Alberta Hensley ’69 passed away May 12. She was a retired director of special projects at the University of Akron in Ohio. She lived in Akron.
David Boggs ’70 died August 9. He had served with the 101st Airborne Division, receiving two Bronze Stars in Vietnam. He went on to own the Super Shuttle at Denver International Airport. Survivors include his mother, Florence; sisters, Judith and Mary Lou; brother, Jeffrey; stepdaughters, Melissa and Laurie; and two nieces, two nephews, three grandnephews, one grandniece, two step-grandsons, and one step-granddaughter. He lived in Denver.
JoEllen Spencer Manship-Loo ’70 is a cancer survivor and has returned to teaching and playing music. She and her husband, Patt Loo, played recently at the Arts Garden in Indianapolis and at the Indiana State Fair. She lives in Indianapolis.
